• Working as the manager of New Generation Technologies Framework Department,
• Leading three scrum teams of 25+ developers,

• Developed, modelled and led a stand alone division (10+ developers & analysts), which is responsible of software development and data based operation of comprehensive tasks with basic lines below:
• Monitoring customers’ data on all digital media platforms and creating reports on 7*24 hourly, daily, weekly, monthly basis,
• Customer-oriented (tailor-made) categorisation models, executive summaries, infographics, insight generation processes,
• Historical and/or live data based ad hoc reporting,
• Creating and carrying out general or temporary alerting scenarios upon customers’ request,
• Consultancy and technical support for social media campaigns, contests, platforms and strategies,

• Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments,
• Training and managing sales engineers,
• Forming and improving relationships with the existing customers,

• Managing a portfolio of key accounts (banks, government institutions, gsm companies etc.) and representing the company in front of them,
