• Working as the manager of New Generation Technologies Framework Department,• Leading three scrum teams of 25+ developers,• Assuming different roles (scrum master, product owner) for particular periods, or when needed,• Talent/people/resource management,• Responsible of the microservice framework (Java – Spring Boot), which is used for software development of 30+ teams & 500+ developers,• Responsible of common microservices (such as bpm, scheduling, authentication, reporting, event hub, localization),• Various additional responsibilities like building product development roadmaps, planning feature timelines, prioritizing backlog, facilitating team/company based architectural events,• Internal and external customer relations on responsibilities above.
