R&D Productization is a is a department which has new R&D approach for smartphone and LED/SSL producing and development. The main achievements of this department is to check the comp-ability of the components of the future products, evaluate the development phases and give feedback to related departments to assure that the product development phases are all realized properly. Moreover this department is a powerful link between Application engineering, Test Groups, Quality Department, Production Department, Project management, Sample Preparation Department and Other R&D departments. The reports of our team are seriously concerned by other departments (especially Mechanichal and Hardware R&D Depratments) and has a huge effect on developement, production phases of smart and SSL products.

Ar-Ge'ye bağlı bu bölümün temel görevi; bulunduğu üretim fabrikasında, üretilen bütün ürünlerin, yurtiçi ve yurtdışı uluslararası fuarlarda sergilenecek örneklerini hazırlamak ve fuar kurulumlarına katılmaktır. Buna ek olarak, proje aşamasındaki ürünleri müşteri istekleri doğrultusunda numune olarak hazırlamak da NH'nin bir diğer önemli çalişma sahasıdır.

This department test the products software, hardware compability and shares the results (via Jira programme) with the other R&D departments (such as Component, Hardware and Software) which are about to create a new unit/device. T&V's feedbacks are always advisory and informative and are about the bugs in the project, which helps project groups to solve problems faster. T&V's tests are never as detailed as the ones in Quality departments, because the products given to T&V for the tests are always engineering samples but the latest version of the work.

IPQC is the brach of the quality tree which controls the production phases during the production on the lines in terms of quality control. IPQC does not just controls the production quality but also checks the procedures and manners that affects quality of the product. The department also controls the each product by the help of OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) department and evauates its own control mechanism.

Quality Customer Support, is the backbone of Quality department, because as long as Quality Dept. runs tests before customer gets the product and to prevent any problem in the field, the same quality dept. couldn't fully know if these tests are doing any good. At this point QCS is involved, by reporting all the issues in the field. QCS is to visit customers, listen their complaints, report what he/she see on the field, not just to Quality Dept. but also to Application Engineering, to Production and to R&D departments. By doing this; QCS helps to prevent other problems to occur, more unsatisfied customers and helps the departments (which involved in the project) to see their mistake and correct it in their next project/version or immediately...
