Partnie is an online platform that connects clients with the best online (marketing) partners. Within Partnie (team of four) I was responsible for the technical part of the application, my activities:- Responsible for the technical choices within the application; - Making the team work according to certain standards; - Research of the technical possibilities for solutions to be implemented; - The technical design of all front-end activities and the various functionalities around it.

After my graduation assignment TriMM offered me a Part-time job. The Management Information System that I have setup during my graduation assignment has been expanded with adding all other customers. Every customer got her own overview in eazyBI. The data is requested through SQL statement and API calls, the data gets updated automatically based on the chosen interval. The data shown in the overview is realtime and always up-to-date.

In my graduation assignment I conducted a research with the following goal: "Setting up a management information system with the proper key performance indicators to enhance the efficiency in displaying performance information about the customer's service level."​During this research the ITIL processes of TriMM were clearly mapped using process diagrams. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were prepared for the customer and these were linked to the standards that were arranged in the contracts. Based on the requirements of the client, the most suitable BI tool was chosen. The tool eazyBI was chosen for TriMM. The KPI's have been visualized in this tool and with the visualization an considerable amount of time was saved.

During this period a research was conducted at Power-Packer. In the research we looked at the possibilities to introduce a Management Information System (MIS).The goals of this research was:“The goal of this research is to build a Management Information System with the help of the right Key Performance Indicators so that the information of production can be displayed in a efficient way”For this research we used the method of Leo Kerklaan ‘De organisatiecockpit’. First we mapped the production and made several process diagrams. Second, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been prepared en standards for these KPIs have been set. Finally, the KPIs for the departments have been visualized with the Business Intelligence tool Qlikview.

In my first internship I have enhanced the ordering process. I also have prepared manuals for the registration of products in the service management tool TOPdesk. With these manuals the stock of products were clearly displayed and too much stock was prevented. The new ordering process is conducted in TOPdesk and the Excel file that had been used is replaced.
