As an instructor, I have facilitated the "Kırmızı Anahtar – Proje Yönetimi Eğitimi" and "Kırmızı Anahtar II – Kaynak Geliştirme Eğitimi," where I guided participants in mastering project cycles, stakeholder engagement, and resource development. My training emphasized critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and effective communication skills.Additionally, I conducted the "Mavi Anahtar Eğitimi – Gönüllülük Eğitimi" and "Yeşil Anahtar Eğitimi – Gönüllü Projelerde Ekip Çalışması," focusing on the dynamics of teamwork and the significance of diverse perspectives in achieving common goals. These programs enhanced my ability to foster teamwork, nurture leadership qualities, and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.

I organized two Twinning projects that happened between two IAESTE communities from different countries, and their aim was to meet different cultures in the same area. Happened approximately 10 people with IAESTE Innsbruck- AUSTRIA and IAESTE Valencia- SPAIN in March and June 2024. I and my team host two countries at different times and meet new cultures from each other. These communities visited us, and we visited their communities in their countries.
