I have managed site infrastructure of radio access sites by applying energy efficient solutions such as free cooling boxes, swap old power & cooling systems at 5000 sites, application of solar insulation paint against sun at 2000 sites, implementation of offgrid renewable sites with solar PV & wind systems at 75 sites

I have been responsible for the planning and rollout od site infrastructure technologies and new systems at Vodafone network.My team moved Ikitelli MTX after 2009 flood disaster to a new MTX at Gunesli. In parallel, I have been also Local Market Manager of VF TR for Integrated Network Technology Planning process led by VF Group. I have followed up the CAPEX-OPEX budget planning and reporting of VF Turkey Network Department.

I managed the relations between Telsim Technical Department and our vendors/suppliers, followed up the ongoing projects, coordinated inter-company activities and meetings, represented Telsim at agreement negotiations, applied agreement articles in case of any conflict. Motorola and Nokia were the key vendors in our operations. I actively joined & managed tender evaluations & contract negotiations.I and my team completed a full switching center and regional office with six storeys of Kartal MTX in Istanbul.

I managed the radio access network deployments of Motorola and switching system projects of Nokia at Telsim Network. In 2000 & 2001, more than 2500 base station sites were built in Telsim network. Switching capacity reached more 5 mio subscribers.

I have been the first Value Added Services Operations Manager at Telsim. I and my team were responsible for the operation and maintenance of IN system, Info IVR, Voice Mail and Short Message Systems. Telsim is one of the first 2 GSM operators in Turkey. Established in 1993.

After my military service, I have started again at Public Communications Department of Siemens Turkey. I have been responsible for the promotion and technical sales of Siemens access products such as wireless local loop (tdma,cdma and dect), fiber to the home/curb, adsl systems, hdsl modems and copper acceess solutions. First "Fiber to the Curb" solution had been implemented at Istanbul Green Grocery Market for 600 PSTN subscribers in 1997. The second fixed wireless access solution has been installed for 50 village houses in Erzurum province in 1997 also.
