Main tasks and responsibilities are given below: • Following up and reporting the business opportunities announced on international donors' and contracting authorities' procurement portals and/or websites;• Evaluating the procurement documents (REoI, RFP, etc.) and qualification criteria; • Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work;• Coordinating the preparation of expression of interest, technical and financial proposal for consultancy services of civil infrastructure projects financed by the IFIs (#WB, #EBRD, #ABD, #KfW, #AfDB, #EIB, #EC etc.) and public fund (only for India); • Preparation of technical and financial proposal in accordance with the terms and requirements of procurement documents;• Preparation of the Request for Clarifications/Corrigendum, and replying to the Contracting Authorities’ and/or Banks’ Clarification Requests; • Managing the communication and correspondence with the Contracting Authorities; • Support the national business development team in the preparation of a technical and financial proposal in accordance with Act No. 4734 and other regulations (e.g. Act No. 3996), where necessary;• Technical and commercial evaluation of sub-consultants’ proposals;• Conducting business development meetings and being in communication with business partners; • Setting up consortiums and joint ventures with local and international partners for specific projects and preparing relevant documents (e.g. PoA, MoU, JVCA)

The project is a mixed-use investment project located on the Anadolu Boulevard in Yenimahalle, Ankara, on lots belonging to YDA Construction, Inc., with the following construction layout: a total of 18 residential blocks with 1,855 residential units and 73 shops. The total residential construction area is 492,000 sqm, with a commercial area of 49,000 sqm, and the total closed construction area is 541,000 sqm. Main activities performed:• Monitoring the construction phase of high-rise reinforcement concrete buildings dedicated for residential and commercial purposes (observed 30.000 square meters constructible area), tunnel formwork, conventional formwork; • Monitoring work schedule, progress payments of subcontractors, subcontractors’ change orders, punch list(s), substantial completion of the works undertaken by the subcontractors.
