Monitoring sectorial and economic developments to assess potential impact on current credit portfolio and new comers to take actions if needed.Measuring performance level of Credit Reg. Offices and give feedback with in the intent of improvement.Following underwriting and risk monitoring processes at region level ;-To ensure compliance with the Bank’s standards , policies / procedures and laws-To increase effectiveness and productivity-To determine needs for improvement and developmentParticipating in all credit related policy and system / product development projects and meetingsInforming Regions for new credit products and their features.Sharing costumer intelligence and negative (unfavorable) news with Regions.Gathering feedback from area and create new credit policy recommendations / amendment proposal for current policies to Credit Policy Committee.Gathering information and documents from Credit Reg. Offices demanded by internal/ external auditors and legal authorities.Support for daily operations and answering questions.Making visits and conducting meeting with Region Offices.

Regional Credits

Evaluation and allocation of commercial, corporate and SME loans, determining credit terms.Analyzing financial statements during evaluation.Preparing reports related to internal controls and committee of inspection reports of branches. Financial monitoring of portfolio after signature.Monitoring economical and sectoral structure in order to ensure stability of current loans.Provide support for credit policy department for education purposes.
