Component Engineer - Oil Pan - Fox 1.0L Ecoboost Engine- Responsible for design and development of the systems and components from concept phase to final product phase (quality, cost, weight, and function). Develops Product Development processes, core engineering documents like technical specifications, design rules and quality documentations like DFMEA, SCAFFs; knowledge base for the systems and components of responsibled gasoline engines. - Design and release engineers are the business owners for their parts/sub-systems and act as the single point of contact for the suppliers of Ford Motor Company for engineering direction. - Continuous communication and improvement with system suppliers.Component Engineer - All Lubrication System Part - Puma 2.2&3.2L Diesel Engines-Responsible for on going product development activities (cost reduction, fixing issues from field)
