I began my career in Information Technologies in 2002 as a system support specialist. I have worked as a mid-level manager in various sectors, particularly in service and retail, handling technical service, system, infrastructure, and operations management.My expertise includes system and infrastructure management, both physical and virtual servers, data storage, backup systems, security, and network equipment.Beyond typical IT equipment like servers and PCs, I have experience with cash registers, kiosks, turnstiles, digital signage, and data mining rigs.For many years, I managed first-level support teams for multi-branch corporate companies, enhancing my knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) software and ITIL standards.I played an active role in certification processes such as ISO27001, KVKK, PCI DSS, and external departmental audits due to their close ties with the IT department.Currently, I am improving my skills in cybersecurity. I work with our MSSP teams on Siem, Soar, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, ZTNA, phishing, cyber threat intelligence, and incident response.My key skills include team management, project management, budget and contract management, policy and procedure design, inventory management, and reporting.
