Leveraging almost a decade in the refined fuels space, I'm responsible for creating customer experiences of the future. With our Fuel Loyalty product, I'm responsible for providing strategic direction, via a research-backed roadmap, to a team of developers and UX professionals in order to design customer-validated products/experiences that drive increased loyalty to the 7-Eleven forecourt. Works in an agile fashion to constantly iterate as feedback is received and new insights are generated. With our Forecourt Control product, I'm responsible for creating the multi-year strategy behind roll-out and product development in order to achieve maximum value across the ecosystem of 4,500 fuel sites (and over 9K total sites in North America). Finally, as a member of the In-Store (At-Store) team, is responsible for providing SME-level input on ideas from other products as the company continues along its Digital Transformation pathway.

P&L responsibility for all activities required to keep 4,500 7-Eleven sites in stock with fuel, to include Supply and Transportation. Oversaw logistical support for sites across 40 states and 4 provinces via the management of freight contracts, supplier negotiations, throughput/storage agreements, and technology support. Experience purchasing/shipping along Colonial, Plantation, and SFPP, while also bringing bulk products into Florida. Successfully managed a uniquely complex system while smashing financial targets and in-stock KPIs.

Managed fuel supply and operations supporting over 3,000 fuel sites for 7-Eleven Inc, as an employee in the subsidiary company SEI Fuels Inc. I manage and support a great team of four schedulers that are responsible for our West Coast, Central, East Coast, and Branded/ethanol movements. In addition, I oversee the terminal and pipeline relationships supporting the business. I'm also responsible for our Carbon compliance programs (LCFS, Cap and Trade, etc). Lastly, due to my history of varying assignments, I'm also responsible for integration efforts between supply and other parts of the company, to include retail operations and supply/tax accounting, among others.

I was responsible for leading a team of nine Pricing Analysts that priced over 3,000 stores. This team grew from pricing 2,000 stores manually to activating pricing algorithms that priced over 3,000 stores, contributing to the company's profitability: - Upgraded system to PriceNet 5.3 and rolled out optimization- and rules-based pricing to all stores, - Purchased a multi-day feed from OPIS with competitor pricing data, eliminating store surveys- Created a Qlikview-based dashboard that combined data from five databases into one system for oversight.

Started off my fuels experience as a Pricing Analyst for the TX and Florida market.

Multi-unit management for sites in DE and Northern MD. Deep experience in reading P&Ls and category reports, and devising by-store action plans that drove peer-beating results, whether it was in sales, profits, or focus categories. Eventually grew into the role of the senior-most consultant, responsible for the coaching of new store and district managers, as well as aiding the Regional Manager in the running of the market in his absence.

Increased both speed and efficiency of intermodal freight transport via a team of up to 180 US military, US civilians, and Japanese civilians. Strong experience in DoD transport, Air Freight, and global in-transit visibility of all items shipped, down to the SKU-level.
