Josh Walters is the Owner of Onward Construction. Josh’s values and commitment to his customers, employees and industry partners have carved a path of growth in his career and business ventures. Josh’s acute attention to detail and well rounded understanding of the dental, medical and veterinary industries is rooted in nearly a decade of service to our country as a 91A for the US Army. After the military, he spent the following 14 years in the dental industry starting out as a service tech before moving into sales, design and project management as an Equipment Specialist for both Burkhart Dental and Henry Schein. Josh made the leap in 2019 to become co-owner of a construction company. He was able to pair his 20 years of knowledge and creativity to build exceptional spaces for both commercial and residential customers. In 2023, Josh branched out to create Onward Construction. Focusing on a larger territory, commercial building and tenant improvements.Josh's career path has blessed his family with the opportunity to fully enjoy the best of the Northwest, Northern Idaho and Alaska! They enjoy the outdoors including kayaking, fishing and hiking. Josh’s leadership and passion to lift up those around him extends beyond his employees and customers into his local community as well. He is the past President of the Deer Park Rotary Club in District 5080. He is also the past President of the Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Planning Commission for the City of Deer Park.
