As a Freight Broker, my main role was to manage relationships with existing clients as well as servicingthem, acquire new clients, communicate with and manage both drivers and dispatchers, provide ballparkrates, live rates, post live loads on the various load boards (DAT, Sylectus, Virtual fleet…) updating clients as well as making sure all documentation was in order and proper. In 2003, I founded and managed the North Side Connection (NSC) youth organization which deals in music and multimedia production in the domain of Hip-Hop, R&B and pop music for the territory of the entire Vojvodina, with head offices in Novi Sad. NSC organized over 50 public promotions, concerts and presentations. As representative of NSC, I was engaged as organizer/manager and PR of “Gradilište” – Rectorate in Novi Sad (EXIT 05) for parties and events connected to the European Basketball Championship, which were held in the afore mentioned facility.I was also the initiator and one of the funders of humanitarian organization HumaNS , which collaborated with NSC and organized and took part in all humanitarian campaigns and activities that brought assistance to vulnerable and mentally challenged children and youth, and to the children of Kosovo and Metohia.From 2002 – 2004 I was the Manager in charge of organization of International Touristic Danube’s Regatta (TID) events for Novi Sad, (first place winners for the best welcoming party of the 76th TID in 2002), associate and one of the editors of Saint Danube magazine that published literary works and geopolitical articles from the Danube countries (SAINT DANUBE no. 06, double issues 7-8 and 9-10). I was also the coordinator, co-organizer and participant in a unique certified seminar of the leading educational British organization, NATD, titled “Drama In Education”, held in Novi Sad in 2003 and 2004, under the management of Mr. Toni Grady from Great Britain.From 2001, I coordinated children’s workshops “With Children for Children”, and was the author of a children’s play, “BRIBE”, under the organization of World and Danube NGO.I was Vice-President and co-founder of this organization.
