Project Highlights.* Successful Partnership with Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment: Led a collaborative effort to provide soft skills training to 700 unemployed youths in Lagos. The project resulted in a significant number of trainees securing employment and generated substantial revenue for WAVE.* Expansion of WAVE into Ibadan: Led WAVE's expansion into Ibadan by securing a significant partnership with FoodCo, a major retail chain. The project involved hiring and training 150 retail staff, who were subsequently absorbed into FoodCo's various stores.* Strategic Training Initiative: Executed a successful training project with Standard Chartered Bank on the FutureMakers Project, providing soft skills training to over 300 young people.* Pioneering Expansion of WAVE into Calabar: Ideated and executed a partnership with Releaf Africa an Agri-Tech startup, resulting in the recruitment and training of over 1,200 unemployed youths in Calabar.* USAID TeenMata Partnership: Served as project manager for a collaborative initiative between WAVE and TeenMata under DAI aimed at training youths in Lagos.Operational and Strategic Roles* Data Management: Ensured effective data management and reporting by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Formstack.* Business Analysis: Collaborated with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data and develop strategies for improving business operations.* Admissions Process: Continuously evaluated and improved the admissions process to enhance efficiency and quality.*Marketing and Stakeholder Relations: Developed and executed marketing strategies to increase awareness of WAVE and cultivated relationships with stakeholders and community organizations.
