LAPO M2 Branch Automation Project - A Grameen/USAID sponsored project aimed at Branch computerization on Loans and Savings portfolio management system of Lift Above Poverty Organisation (LAPO).Project management, process analysis, workflow design, configuration data set-up, systems interface development, system installation, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation monitoring and post implementation support that includes design, configuration, implementation and support of database management systems.
