Onyinye Ezennia artistically known as Zennia is a Nigerian visual artist. She is a graduate of Fine and Applied Arts, Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Higher National Diploma (HND) and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) respectively. She majored in graphics.She explores through different medium of art – social/documentary Photography, visual communication design, and exploration with light and sound which won her the prize for originality in 2014. She explores on String art (a self-taught technique) which won her the overall winner prize at the 'Life in My City Art Festival' (2016) and was a two-time finalist at the Visual Art Competition organized by Spanish Embassy in Nigeria (2018 and 2019). She won the 3rd prize in 'Best Art' co-organized by Nike art gallery and Best Nigeria, 2020 and recently completed artist-in-residence program at Espacio Lavadero in Spain, 2021. Her works evoke emotions that have been extracted from her experiences and tradition.
