Led transition of organization, [formerly AMI Imaging] from primarily a data/document conversion and hardware services company, to a nationally recognized BPM Software Development, [IntellaFlo suite of products] and Enterprise Content Management, [ECM] Integrations firm. Responsible for all aspects of Sales Operations including revenue generation, and strategic initiatives associated with transition, expansion, lead generation, and day to day management of all MTS' Senior consultants and Sales Engineers.

In 2005, Mr. O’Connor was recruited by IKON vendor, Westbrook Technologies Inc., [development firm of the Fortis ECM suite of products] as a Sales Director to lead Westbrook’s Elite Partner Program in the Eastern US. In this most challenging reseller model, Mr. O’Connor was responsible for all aspects of the regions sales operations, and achieved double digit year over year growth. Mr. O'Connor led the sales management team in overall revenue achievement in 2008.

In 2000 Mr. O’Connor accepted a sales consultant position within IKON Office Solutions as an integral part of a national IKON pilot initiative which provided the framework for the eventual rollout of IKON’s national Professional Services group. In this capacity, over a six year term, Mr. O’Connor was responsible for complex software solution sales involving the placement of IKON’s full suite of software and hardware products including: advanced capture, workflow, variable data, and document/content management solutions. While in this role, Mr. O’Connor consistently ranked in the top 10% nationally in sales revenue achievement among his peers year over year. Awards and recognition include President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, as well as earning the coveted “National Solution Sale of the Year” award in FY 2002.

Mr. O’Connor began his career in 1997 with Viessmann Manufacturing Company, a Fortune 100 multi-national German manufacturing firm, as the Assistant to the General Manager of the Company’s US headquarters location. While in this role, Mr. O’Connor assisted the executive team relative to all aspects of the company’s business including: Y2K compliance initiatives, commercial real estate acquisition, IS platform integration, and vendor relationship management. Ultimately, this led to a role in supporting the Company’s North American sales initiatives through the development and support of Viessmann’s sales and distribution partnership model.
