* Oversee my team performance on shipment fulfillment & process enhancement* Focus on automate existing process & enhance dashboard to populate better visibility on all data number• Lead my order fulfillment team to support all customer shipment & meet revenue number• Lead my team to achieve KPI as OTD, inventory aging, RMA, work with scheduling/production team on urgent shipment items• Ensure 100% customer OTD fulfilment & meet order OPSD (Original Promise Ship Date )• Support NPI build in SAP system set up / maintenance • Driving execution & work closely with cross functional team on NPI build to meet customer requirement • Validate and firm system planned orders in SAP for planner to schedule the build.• Review the build ahead plan to optimize factory capacity utilization.• Identify the PGI commit issue that caused by ECO change, BOM revision changes , test configure changes • Work with cross function team to resolve issues to ensure smooth Build Plan execution • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.• Identify the gap between system planned order vs actual build plan with the goal of narrow down the gap between the two to achieve accurate planned order from system

-• Establish and review the production schedule and liaising with Focus Factory Manager and supervisors to ensure customer commitments are met.• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.• Review daily production schedule pack plan and reschedule if necessary.• Coordinate with demand analyst equivocal to meet the material release schedule and understand material shortages to work on the resolution and reschedule production when applicable • Expedite material releases & production schedules to communicate the changing needs of the Focus Factory• Work with relevant partied to push for closeout old WO’s• Communicate part availability concerns with Procurement and Customer Management to effectively resolve issues• Monitor the WIP accuracy and WIP level of the plant• Responsible for pulling products from FG for rework purposes due to quality or engineering related issues.• Responsible for monitoring additional materials requests by production for rework purposes.• Work with all relevant parties on RMA units ( return by customer )

• Received and manage orders from sales company (weekly)• Simulate production plan based on the orders transmission from S/company then generate weekly production plan.• Track and analyze demand/forecast changes.• Work with material team on expedite / cancellation material as per demand requirement.• Assist in manpower allocation (operator)• Prepare system SOP • Inventory control to meet target DOI.• Prepare weekly production report, weekly shipment report, weekly aging report & monthly aging report ( with trend ).
