1. To promote American Degree Transfer Program (ADP) and the unique features correctly and confidently in office and all external recruitment activities2. To provide one-stop information services to customers/associates such as able to counsel on financial aid, student services and support, admission, facilitates and related information3. To maintain accurate record of quality enquiry database and to follow through each enquirer on time to actualizing it to enrollment4. To conduct independent fact-finds, periodical market intelligent and competitor analysis5. To manage in-campus and off-campus events that are effective for student recruitment, branding and/or relationship building6. To engage proactively in discussion and/or developing strategies/action plans to improve the marketing and business development efforts7. To assist in updating information on marketing collaterals and briefing on programmes/customer services before the commencement of each intake8. To maintain high level of efficiency in internal business process and office administration9. To perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time

1. To promote all programmes and their unique features correctly and confidently in office and all external recruitment activities2. To provide one-stop information services to customers/associates such as able to counsel on financial aid, student services and support, admission, facilitates and related information3. To maintain accurate record of quality enquiry database and to follow through each enquirer on time to actualizing it to enrollment4. To commit to the division's service charter, and its contents thereof, in the spirit of providing high quality and professional services to customers/associates5. To liaise with targeted schools in one particular Malaysian state and maintain close rapport with the schools through communication and event6. To conduct independent fact-finds, periodical market intelligent and competitor analysis7. To manage in-campus and off-campus events that are effective for student recruitment, branding and/or relationship building8. To engage proactively in discussion and/or developing strategies/action plans to improve the marketing and business development efforts9. To assist in updating information on marketing collaterals and briefing on programmes/customer services before the commencement of each intake10.
