The Fishing for Experience program, in collaboration with Stadtreinigung Hamburg, was a unique and exciting opportunity for students at TUHH Career Center. I had the privilege of participating in this program as a programmer, working on the project "Sprechender Müllstandplatz (Talking Garbage Stand)". This project was aimed at creating a smart garbage stand that would interact with users and provide information about waste separation and disposal.My role in the project involved programming the garbage stand using the Arduino IDE. I was responsible for developing the code that would control the stand's functions and interactions with users. Additionally, I was involved in hardware assembly and testing, ensuring that the hardware components were integrated properly and the stand was functioning as intended.The project was a challenging but rewarding experience. It allowed me to develop my programming skills and expand my knowledge of hardware assembly and testing. I was able to work in a team with other students and professionals, learning from their experiences and contributing my own skills to the project.The Fishing for Experience program was an exceptional opportunity for me to gain hands-on experience in the field of programming and mechatronics. The project was a great success and was well-received by the stakeholders involved. It was a privilege to have been a part of such a unique and meaningful project, and I am grateful for the experience and the skills I gained during my time with the Fishing for Experience program.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Student Organization HORIZON at Lovely Professional University, I was responsible for leading a team of dedicated students in the planning and execution of more than 10 events aimed at providing recreational activities for students. Working under the aegis of the Division of Student Welfare, I was tasked with ensuring that the events were well-organized, well-attended, and successful in fostering a sense of community and well-being among the university's student body.In this role, I honed a number of important skills, including leadership, organization, communication, and collaboration. As CEO, I was responsible for setting the vision and direction for the organization, leading meetings and delegating tasks to the various teams involved, and ensuring that all aspects of the events were executed smoothly and efficiently.My strong communication skills were critical in ensuring that all stakeholders, from students and staff to vendors and sponsors, were informed and involved in the events. I also demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, working closely with my team to create a positive and supportive working environment and effectively motivate them towards our common goals.Finally, my ability to collaborate with others was essential in bringing the events to life. I worked closely with other organizations and departments within the university to secure resources, secure venues, and collaborate on programming and marketing efforts.Overall, my experience as CEO of Student Organization HORIZON was an incredibly valuable one, providing me with opportunities to develop my leadership and organizational skills and work with a talented and dedicated team of students.

As an event manager for the Student Organization HORIZON, under the aegis of the Division of Student Welfare at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, I had the opportunity to showcase my skills in event management and planning. Over the course of my time in this role, I was responsible for managing several recreational events for students of the university.As an event manager, I had to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. I was responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and vendors, to ensure that each event was executed smoothly and successfully. I also had to have excellent problem-solving skills, as unexpected challenges would arise during the planning and execution of events, and I had to be able to find creative solutions to resolve these issues.In addition, I had to be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, as events would often require a great deal of preparation and attention to detail. I also had to be flexible and adaptable, as changes to plans and schedules would sometimes occur at the last minute, and I had to be able to respond to these changes quickly and efficiently.Overall, my experience as an event manager for Student Organization HORIZON was a valuable one. I was able to develop my skills in event management and planning, as well as my ability to work effectively in a team and handle challenges. This experience has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as an event manager in any setting, and I am confident that these skills will serve me well in my future endeavors.

As a Production Trainee Intern at Kores (India) Limited - Pefco Foundry Division in Pune, I had the opportunity to participate in a six-week summer training program from June 1st to July 15th, 2017. During this time, I was immersed in the production department of the company, where I was tasked with making use of the Automatic Mould Making Machine SINTO-FDNX series. This machine operates on the principle of sand aeration technology and was an important tool in my training.In addition to working with this machine, I also gained valuable experience in the entire casting process, which was carried out using automated machines. This gave me a comprehensive understanding of the production process and allowed me to learn the different aspects of the foundry industry, including casting, moulding, and finishing.During my internship, I also had the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals who provided guidance and support throughout my training. This experience allowed me to develop my technical and hands-on skills, as well as my teamwork and communication skills.Overall, my six-week training program at Kores (India) Limited - Pefco Foundry Division was an extremely valuable experience, giving me a strong foundation in the foundry industry and providing me with hands-on exposure to the latest production technologies and processes.
