I am experienced and trained trauma counselor that has been working with torture survivors for the last 6 years.I am also a development worker with experience in development program with a focus on psychosocial program and child protection, training of community-based child protection structures, gender-based violence, education programming and training the different psychosocial. Experience in team member and team leader, knowledge of gender-based violence and community services, experience of working with community of different cultures; I have a clear understanding of concepts and approach relevant to programs, project planning and management, ability to develop sources of data collection. I possess analytical and evaluative skills to conduct independent work, ability to apply judgment in context of the assignment given, plan work and manage conflicting priorities; I am capable of establishing and maintaining relationship with counterparts as well as to represent the organization in various capacities During the course of my work, I managed to train community-based child protection structures for their effective implementation of child protection programming and psychosocial support, together with the structures we settled so many disputes and child protection concerns. At school level I managed to train teachers and children in school that helped in retention and in those school the level of drop out was very law I am motivated by professional rather than personal concerns, show persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges remain calm in stressful situations, gender issues, child development in terms of education and child protection remains my area of focus.
