I am teaching weekly Hatha and Yin Yoga classes.

I am an HCPC -registered Art Therapist, having worked extensively in adult & child mental health for 26 years. At present I facilitate a private practice at Boom Studios Bangor ( Art therapy and clinical supervision)I have always enjoyed creative group work and in the last 4 years I have facilitated Art Workshops , which arecreative groups using art for well being and relaxation. I am delighted that in 2023 and 2024 I am able to continue my art Journalling sessions to young people aged 12-15 years due to being awarded funding from the Arts Council NI. This funding has I am really looking forward to developing this work with Boom Studios throughout 2023 and 2024. In September I joined the MSc Art Psychotherapy team as Clinical Supervisor to final year students.I am a mixed media artist, I love creating and making and being around artists. I have developed a daily art practice for relaxation and often create in my journals that are made from recycled paper, mainly junk!!!
