I'm a Knowledge Officer within in the Eversheds Sutherland knowledge content and systems team.I am the team expert for our current awareness offering and have previously working on a migration from an old current awareness system to a new one. I have developed and updated the training on editing our intranet post SharePoint upgrade and rolled out a new knowledge induction for all new starters. Working along side my manager, I'm involved with a large range of projects, along side our business as usual inboxes for managing precedents and know-how, and assisting content editors and developing team content on the intranet.

As a freelance photographer I would take promotional photographs for the bands signed to MUZAI Records. I would collaborate with the bands to understand their point of view and artistic direction.

Overview Spareroom is a well known site in the UK designed for tenants to find places to live and landlords to find new tenants. It functions as a platform to make it easier to find a flat in the right location and price range for tenants, and allows everyone to communicate easily to set up meetings and flat viewings. Spareroom also offers other services for both tenants and Landlords from tenant referencing to speed flatmating events for a less intimidating way to meet potential flatmates. Responsibilities This is a very specific role that sees me working with a small team to moderate all content that is online by users ensuring everything is following guidelines/UK Law. Removing potential scammers from the site and identifying patterns in behaviour. As part of Spareroom the company offers Landlord tenant reference checking services. I am required to handle sensitive personal information to create tenant reference reports for Landlords including ID/credit checks, previous landlord references and employee checks. Part of the role is to check all profiles, offered adverts and images to ensure they are not offensive, discriminatory or misleading, removing, editing and emailing users where necessary. This diverse role puts me in charge of writing and editing feature copy information for the Briscoes, Living & Giving and Rebel Sport websites. I am driven by meeting deadlines and achieve these by running audit reports on all promotional material for the three brands. I have experience with editing, uploading and retouching images for online and eDM’s. I am highly skilled in accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail. My Photoshop skills are excellent as is my ability to learn new systems and understand the power images have on a brand.
