I started in business customer service and moved from there to claims and compensations. My work involved the application of laws and conditions as well as customer service and sales.Over the course of six years I also learned the secrets of employee training, and I was involved in different development projects. The most important thing I learned through this position was how to communicate to customers in a knowledgeable, concise and gentle manner.

I worked at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in a cafe, where we served a variety of coffees, snacks, refreshments and homemade baguettes. Working in an international environment was inspiring, and at times very momentous.The most important things I learned here task prioritizing and maintaining peace despite the busy environment. Also I got to develop my language and customer service skills.

I worked at the gym's front desk welcoming customers, answer any questions and selling memberships. I also worked at the children's park with the children while their parents were training.
