Basicly, expectations from this position are : planning and allocation of countries and to catch domestic differences. Main job contents are below: > Responsible from 14 countries and leading 8 people team > Organizing regular shipments to the countries through my team > Ensuring all in season activities to deliver inseason KPIs > Organizing discount strategies for each country >In season actions such as managing returns and transfer decisions > Making next year's stock mix collaboratively with related departments and being a coordinator between global planning, my team(called interntional store merchandising) and capacity planning teams >Making next year's category budget according to KPIs and country analyzes > Keeping in touch with the related countries through area commercials and collaboratively decide the in season and next year's needs > Making regular visits to responsible countries to understand market and competetor analyzes > Establish healty, functional and collaborative relations between country supervising teams, area commercials and headquarter units > Always analyzing and seeking for the new opportunities in responsible countries with partner departments > Contrubuting business analytics/intelligence teams to create perfect reporting and work systems
