In my role, I lead and oversee comprehensive security operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests, crew, and assets. I manage a dedicated team of 20 security professionals, including Deputy Security Officers, Security Supervisors, and Security Staff, overseeing key areas such as access control, CCTV systems, and equipment maintenance. My responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with ISPS and CVSSA regulations while strategically directing the budget to establish cost-effective policies, programs, and initiatives that bolster our security posture.I spearhead investigations into security incidents, ranging from loss prevention to criminal matters, and analyze intelligence data to develop proactive strategies for mitigating risks associated with personal protection, travel, and events. My role also involves managing and enforcing access control systems to secure restricted areas and overseeing the operation of CCTV systems for effective monitoring and recording. I continually enhance security protocols by implementing advanced locking systems and work closely with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to coordinate responses to incidents, ensuring ongoing compliance.Additionally, I take the lead in planning, executing, and evaluating security drills, ensuring our team is well-prepared for any scenario. My approach is both strategic and hands-on, focused on creating a secure environment through rigorous training, advanced technology, and strong collaboration with all stakeholders.

As a thought leader and consultant, I specialize in providing tailored security strategies, VIP protection, and firearms training. My work focuses on equipping teams with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively manage high-stakes security situations.I’ve collaborated with VIP Protection units in India, where I delivered specialized training on VIP protection strategies and procedures for Malam Protection Ltd. and the Punjab Police. These efforts significantly enhanced team readiness and operational effectiveness. I also played a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing Security Operations Centers (SOC) for high-profile projects, ensuring robust security measures and overall operational readiness.In addition to strategy and consulting, I’ve led the design and implementation of diverse training programs, translating materials between English, Hebrew, and Spanish to meet varied training needs and ensure clear communication. My training expertise spans dynamic security roles, resistance management, and emergency response, with a focus on instilling essential skills through daily briefings and hands-on instruction. I’ve also served as a Shooting Instructor for Bunny Global in Equatorial Guinea, where I provided specialized training for the Presidential Guard, and with M.A.Roy Security Training and Instruction, honing the performance and security capabilities of elite teams.
