• 10+ years in Procurement in a multinational and multicultural environment• 5+ years in managing Procurement Function at an international company with a developed network (headcount 500+, countrywide presence)• Competency in suppliers sourcing strategies development and realization, holding negotiations in order to achieve the most beneficial conditions of purchasing and contract terms fulfillment control• Strong skills to leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and a proven ability to satisfy their business needs by a completely transparent and cost-effective procurement process and within tough deadlines• A good knowledge of legislation requirements for purchasing contracts, FAR. Experience in transparent processes establishing and e-procurement systems implementation• Experience in the development of procurement procedures and policies that shorten the time to contract and at the same time meet all legal and compliance requirements• High level of managerial skills. Experience in staff recruiting and mentoring (8 procurement specialists)• Strong commitment to anti-corruption and compliance statements
