With 25+ years having fun in real estate, I have come to meet many different types of people, not only buyers and sellers, but also other real estate professionals (and some not so professional! ha!) along with many executives outside this industry. This is very 'enlightening' and helps to better position my efforts in sales and real estate as a whole. I have come to understand and deal with my own shortcomings and, at the same time, hone my skills.I believe in continued knowledge throughout every facet of our life and I strive keep up with the industry changes, and also with changes in subjects of personal interests. One of the steps in accumulated knowledge comes with the 'Accredited Senior Agent' status...which is a higher level of realty sales geared to guide Seniors and their families through changes in the mature homeowners' changing needs...there are many issues and hurdles that arise than the usual real estate deal. Another 'branch' of my life has gone into acquiring my certificate as a Personal Trainer. A personal interest area of my life that I also wanted to tap into and enjoy. My goals: Just to be successful in all that I put my mind towards...whether that be financially (because we all want it! ha!), physically and mentally.Specialties: Specialty? There's no such thing...human beings cannot be perfect. I aim to make each and every person I deal with have a happy, memorable experience...professional and in social atmospheres.
