I am part of the clinical team and work closely and support the clinical and development team to create and manage clinical content across the products. I manage a team of clinical QAs who review clinical documents and templates to ensure all language used is inline with plain English and any anomalies are reported to the clinical team via JIRA documentation across all our products. To ensure consistency among the language used across the platforms, I have created and currently maintain the question banks that are used by clinicians when writing templates. I complete product quality reviews within appropriate time periods in line with the fortnightly sprints and also ensure clinical templates are reviewed annually in clinical governance to ensure the clinical questions that have been asked are in line with the current national health guidelines. Moreover, I provide support to the daily operation of the clinical team regarding quality decisions and provide advice, guidance and training where required to employees relation to quality assurance. I am also a clinical safety officer involved in carrying out risk assessments in all three of the products and maintaining documents in the Clinical risk management file, as well as, the online documentation required to register eConsult as a medical device.

Provide care to patients in the emergency department, which includes a full assessment and routine observations of patients, planning and evaluating the care they require, and liaising with doctors and senior nurses to implement their care. Continuously monitor patients' status and evaluate ongoing treatment and to escalate should they deteriorate at any point. Complete nursing documentation accurately and carry out appropriate risk assessments for patients depending on the reason for their visit on the emergency department and their past medical history. Plan movement to the ward if patients are going to be admitted or make arrangements for them to be discharged should this be the decision. Maintain ongoing communication with the patient and their family members on their current care plan. Communicate and work effectively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients. Act as an advocate for the patient and provide information they need and direct them to appropriate services should they require them. Maintain designated rooms are equipped with safety bedside equipment. Administer oral and intravenous medications as prescribed, including emergency treatment. Perform cannulation and venepuncture as required, depending on the patients' status and reason for visit.

Provide first aid assistance to various events in London, with events ranging from primary school fares to charity runs such as Race for Life and summer festivals. At bigger events, I am part of a bigger team composed of other first aiders, paramedics, nurses and/or doctors to provide medical attention to whomever may need it.

I worked as a full time nursing assistant at T10 South ward for Urology and Gynecology patients. I work as part of the ward under the supervision of registered nurses to deliver first hand patient care and support nurses in the provision of a safe and caring environment. I help provide and maintain a clean environment for patients including patients' personal and oral hygiene, making the beds, help with dressing and assisting with pressure area care. I help those who need help with eating and making sure everyone's stay in hospital is as comfortable as possible by attending to their health and wellbeing needs. I keep track and record patients' vital signs and fluid balance charts and escalate to the nurse in charge if anything changes or is out of the ordinary for the patient. I work on a long day shift with weekends and nights on rotation.

I worked as a full time administrator, which included greeting patients as they entered the department and booked them in using the hospital radiology ‘RIS' system. I made different types of appointments for patients that were sent down by consultants from the clinics, as well as, those requested internally and externally. I answered phone calls from patients, mostly to change their appointment and answer appointment queries, as well as phone calls from fellow staff members from different departments in the hospital. I filed patients' packets and request forms, both future appointments and authorized reports. I was also able to use the hospital's main system, ‘CERNER', in order to register patients if they haven't been to the hospital before, change personal details and even find patients' location if they are admitted as an inpatient to the hospital.
