iFuture is aimed at promoting quality education by giving opportunities to students in secondary schools and tertiary institutions to gain access to relevant skills that will enhance their full participation in the society. iFuture will expose them to the lifestyle needed in the corporate world and give them access to tools that will help them develop their leadership experience and make them active citizens. Students will be equipped with skills for empowerment, maximum learning, employability, future of work, technology, global citizenship and sustainability. This will also equip them with leadership traits that will enhance their full participation in the society. The initiative is a youth-led initiative that constitute young change makers who are keen about development of individuals and the community. Successfully organized two webinars for students and youths on Mindshift to excellence and the needed knowledge on making social impacts and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals Engaged with various stakeholders on how to advance quality education and how to incorporate skill acquisition into the schooling system  Oversaw the activities of all team members and assisted them in getting aligned with their jobs which resulted in high productivity

- Managed a team of 17 individuals across Africa in reviewing over 800 millennium fellowship applications across Africa.- delegated applications to members to review and assisted members in handling technical and application rubric issues- Participated in the interview of campus director applicants from India, Nigeria, Canada, the United States, and Japan- Assisted in the selection and recommendation of applicants for the fellowship- Acted as intermediary between the GAC members and the Team MCN

 Enlightened the firm’s worker on the important safety rules and regulations needed in the workshop Supervised the design and fabrication of a grain threshing machine using technical engineering design and traditional arc welding Participated in the welding and fabrication of a two-roller sliding gate using iron rods and aluminum plates.

 Assisted in the engineering design of more than 25 machine tools and other equipment using both hand sketches and AutoCAD’13 Participated in the safety and quality assessment of metals and other materials used in the workshop with strict adherence to the quality protocols.
