Odilia was appointed the Managing Director of Talent2, China in 2006 where she was responsible for establishing and developing the entire range of Talent2 businesses in that market including Search and Selection, Recruitment Project Outsourcing (RPO), Learning and Payroll Services. As a true China pioneer, Odilia lived and worked in China for over 13 years before her relocation back to Hong Kong in 2013. During that period she started up operations for two international recruitment companies in China – Hudson and Talent2. She established both companies from scratch and grew them to a sizeable scale with reputations to match. She has extensive experience in managing large, global teams, and in-depth experience in delivering human resources and recruitment solutions.
