As an Internal Recruitment and People Manager for 3 years, I have been responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process within the organisation, as well as managing and supporting the development and well-being of employees.My role has involved working closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This has included creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the entire recruitment process.
