With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a registered Architect and Project management professional (PMP) who delivers high-quality services to clients in the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. My mission is to create innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the end-users and the stakeholders.As a Project manager at Mears Group PLC UK, I oversaw various projects from inception to completion including building expansion, renovation works and Demolition of structurally unstable buildings; representing the company as a contractor and a consultant. I use AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools to plan, coordinate, and execute design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, contractual terms, and budgetary constraints. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and government bodies, to deliver excellence and satisfaction to the clients. I have successfully completed multiple projects, such as the Delta State Secretariat Complex, the Specialist Hospitals, and the Recreational centre. I am also certified in BIM Foundations, First Aid, Health and Safety, and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
