- Oversees the responsibilities being carried by System Operations and SCADA

- pioneered the in-house preventive maintenance testing of protection relays using secondary current injection- pioneered the in-house reconfiguration of protection relays (overcurrent, bus differential and transformer differential) on 69 kV-13.8 kV distribution substations- pioneered the in-house configuration of Remote-Controlled Line Reclosers (RCLRs) and Remote-Controlled Line Switches installed at the 13.8 kV distribution power lines- responsible for maintaining proper protection coordination of protection relays in 69 kV-13.8 kV distribution substations and RCLRs installed at the 13.8 kV distribution power lines- responsible for the proper operation of control schemes (autoreclosing) of 13.8 kV distribution feeders

• Responsible in the completion of periodic reportorial requirements in compliance with the mandate of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC)• Monitors the Performance Incentive Scheme (PIS) and Guaranteed Service Level (GSL) parameters versus the parameters approved by the ERC• Provides technical assistance on the preparation of ERC Annual Report and Distribution Management Committee (DMC) Distributor's Compliance Monitoring Report

- Responsible in the improvement of SCADA HMI structure per substation- Initiated correction on scaling of electrical values as presented on SCADA HMI- Responsible in the transition of substation monitoring and control into unmanned and remotely monitored and controlled via a Central SCADA- Initiated correction of settings for substation meters

• Responsible in the trial production of all engineering and commercial samples (new models).• Constantly coordinates with Japan-based Design Group and local Production Members regarding trial production concerns.• Prepares trial production schedule and shipment plan based on material availability, production capacity and capability and requested delivery.• Controls all materials used for trial production and conduct monthly inventory.• Performs specification review and discuss product specification to production members• Prepares trial production result (yield, process capability, defect analysis and recommendations) and report to concerned local and Japan-based personnel.• Performs documentation of all trial production-related documents.• Ensures quality, quantity and delivery is met for all trial production models.• Responsible in introducing First Mass Production Models• Prepares First Mass Production presentation. Report includes trial production yield, model characteristic, process flow and special instructions from Japan-based Design Group.• Initiates material preparation to ensure that first mass production of new models will have a smooth flow and no stoppage or delay will occur.• Monitor first mass production result and report to all concerned local and Japan-based personnel.
