i am currently task with the responsibility to make sure that the organisation is running as well as it possibly can,with a smooth efficient services,that meet with the expectations and needs of consultants and also responsible with the task of Inventory control,Reporting skills,Maintenance and Coordination the Storage,Transportation and Delivery of goods.overseeing provision of services,Organizing Shipment.Finally,to oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensured stock is maintained ,balanced and moved efficiently.To enhance customer relationships by delivering World Class Service maintaining and improving service levels to all customers and dealing with all enquiries promptly and in a courteous manner.

My responsibilities as a Manager in EDMS projects are as follows;MANAGER PLAN: I was responsible for developing a plan on how to structure an organization's document system and also creates an overall document management plan if none is in place or updates the current plan to fit with company needs and changes and determines the kinds of documents created or used by the organization and what template works best for each document type.Am also to ensures that documents legally required for the company's structure, IRS purposes or other reasons are kept on hand and readily available as neededFILE STRUCTURE: Is to creates an organizational structure to sort documents by type and also to create and keeps hard-copy backup as well as a virtual record repository. ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS: Is to ensures that those entitled to have access to documents on a server , can access the documents as needed. To manage the flow of documents through the servers and sets up the means for access approval and abides by it when granting access to documents. TEMPLATE OF DOCUMENTS: Responsible for ensuring that a company's templates and forms are updated to comply with laws or changes within the organization, to also organizes the templates and forms by type and ensures that only template copies are used so that the official template is not accidentally changed. STORAGE OF DOCUMENTS: Manages the staff that files the documents in the organisation,also be responsible for ensuring that original documents used as evidence in a court case are scanned or copied as needed. SO far so good, doing my time with this reputable consulting firm , have been able to complete some projects successfully On Electrical Documents Management System such as SKYE BANK Project, INEC PROJECT, MINISTRY OF JUSTICE LAGOS
