North Georgia/Chattanooga Tennessee

• Manage portfolios for Subway Franchisee Owners in the Chattanooga, North Georgia market/50+stores, 20+ million in sales.• Coach and counsel franchisees to reach individual store and territory goals.• Manage new franchisee training within the market.• Meet monthly with franchisees to review business operations and maximize ROI.• Work closely with Subway Business Development team to expand market capacity.• Analyze financials to maximize profits.• Conduct quarterly business reviews to discuss future planning and growth.• Assist in new marketing campaigns both locally and nationally.• Oversee planning budgets of new construction locations and remodels of existing locations.• Inspect remodeled stores for accuracy and completion.• Oversee/manage all transfer documentation of existing locations to new franchise owners.• Attend sales building meetings to align current and new franchisees with sales trends.• Work closely with MFP teams to focus on central goals to improve operations in a 550 store territory.
