Gathered information on products used for aircraft manufacturing is paired with establishing vendor relationships to negotiate competitive pricing on all purchases as well as high quality expectations. Aerospace manufacturing experience is applied by acting as intermediary between senior management established, engineering, department leads, and general facility employees to establish the most efficient tools and materials needed for each of our finished goods within assigned budgets. A Company Purchasing Card is issued and used toward immediately required purchases established by management. All tool and material records are thoroughly kept and submitted to the corporate finance department after proper quality inspection is performed. Package small to extremely large formed and processed finished goods for customer delivery within custom built crates to ensure support and quality upon shipment. Use computer systems to prepare part labels, shipment manifests, international customs paperwork, and MRP tracking using a range of transportation services including UPS WorldShip, FedEx International, and private transportation companies. Confirm all receipts of purchases and complete invoicing actions to establish on time payments toward providers for uninterrupted services.
