• For this role I am responsible for filling in for the Director of Manufacturing while on an extended leave. Responsibilities include:Leadership
• Lead and support 8 manufacturing cells through goal and objective setting and active in day to day support to reach them.
• Properly maintain organization within the cells and adherence to 5S’s.
• Participate and cooperate in the audits of ISO and/or station audits.
• Schedule and maintain cell rotation schedules.
• Take responsibility and authority for delivering results

Leader of the high level assembly manufacturing cell and responsible for establishing the direction and requirements to meet the needs of the customer, considering both quality and efficiency.Lead continuous improvement efforts through kaizen events, workout sessions, and control efforts based on production and quality metrics. Scheduling and prioritizing.

Schedule production orders for 7 manufacturing cells Record statuses for all production orders on a daily basis and report ship dates to inside sales representatives Work closely with sales and sourcing to align materials with build plan to ensure on time deliver to customers Work with manufacturing manager and supervisors to ensure schedule is met.

Receive customer purchase orders and review them for completeness and accuracy Make direct contact with customers to resolve any order related issues Accurately book orders into ERP system in a timely and accurate manner and ensure proper invoicing Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication of open and closed.
