Supervise major designs and projects consulted by abroad design offices such as: - Intercontinental Amman ball rooms;- Intercontinental Amman executive lounge; - intercontinental Amman banqueting hall; - TMS;- Center Water Authority of Jordan; - Chilli's restaurant, Amman;- Private general manager offices; - A number of private villas and residences.- Undertake design project from concept to completion.- Define project requirements and schedule.- Set costs and project fees according to budget.- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.- Supervise work progress and traveling to site(s) to complete physical inspections and site surveys.- Dealing with suppliers & contractors in accordance to project planning and Project Managers / Leads guidelines. - Provide contractors and consultants with architectural solutions and design development (concept / detailed design).- Takes lead in site supervision and inspection activities. - Provide design solutions and ensure compliance to local authority regulations and codes. - Review of shop drawings and material submitals. - Compliance of local codes and standards while supervising works at site. - Collaborate with other team members to determine design needs and requirements for the project. - Attends regular meetings with the owner, consultants and project manager.

- Assist in implementing the work program by managing specific projects as directed within the fee allocation including: determine client’s requirements and ensure client’s expectations are met and that their participation in the design process is facilitated; ensuring that client is involved in the decision making process and is kept informed regularly; undertake site appraisals advising client of any statutory constraints and site conditions; provide the professional expertise to achieve appropriate design solutions within agreed objectives and within the given timescales; undertake organisation, preparation and implementation of all necessary drawings and correspondence connected with allocated projects; carry out risk assessment and assist in the preparation of Health and Safety Plan in accordance with CDM regulations; administer projects during the construction phase, ensure that information is available to enable projects to be completed on time and within budget and maintain good working relations with all involved.- Ensure that allocated projects comply with current legislation, and statutory requirements and that all necessary approval and consents are sought i.e. planning, building regulations, CDM, Health and Safety regulations etc.- Assist in marketing of the services.- Undertake measured surveys of buildings and produce CAD plans, ensuring that accurate and up to date records and attribute information (asset data, condition) are electronically updated.- Contribute to the development of the Property Services Team, including recommending improvements to working practices, constructive problems solving, coaching other team members etc.

- Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials- Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.- Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.- Addresses modifications desired by client in co-ordination with design architect.- Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.- Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site.- Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.- Provide support to project manager / team leader to ensure projects run smoothly in areas of architecture by providing expert knowledge and advice.- Liaises with design architect on modifications required.- Give daily site report and issues that arises on site to MD/ project manager.
