Smith and Smith maintain ownership over prominent sectors within the hospitality field, comprising restaurants, salons, short-term rental apartments, and a line of skin and hair care products with footprints both in Nigeria and the US.- My role involves developing detailed  project  plans for our new businesses within the hospitality industry,  ensuring  resources availability,  allocation  and delivering  of  every  project- Coordinating internal resources and  third  parties/vendors for  the  flawless  execution  of projects - Ensuring that all projects  are  delivered  on-time,  within scope  and  budget - Developing  project  scopes  and  objectives,  involving all  relevant  stakeholders  and ensuring  technical  feasibility - Ensuring resource  availability  and  allocation.

My role involves providing leadership to the execution of all activities within the Data School, Africa's biggest learning program developing data talents for Industry 4.0.I manage the entire life-cycle of talent development from the point of contact where I sell them the value of Data all through their learning phase to outsourcing them as talents to our network of Hiring Partners.I am currently scaling the growth of the Data School across 6 more states in Nigeria and Rwanda

I am responsible for the Utiva Data School and the learners’ community. My role focuses on advising the students on the learning programs and onboarding candidates to the Utiva Data Accelerator program.I ensure that Utiva hits its sales number for each cohort. Also, the Program Associate works with the Program Lead to accomplish end-to-end running of the organization’s projects and works, I also focus on the day-to-day running of the Data school.
