Tech support provide second-level off-site technical support for all Cloudflex Computing services, Public, Private, Hybrid Cloud, VMware, Huawei, HPE, Server, Voice, Data Connectivity, Internet Services etc and play a critical role in the integrity of our cloud computing infrastructure.2. Incident Management: They also consistently provide a high level of excellent customer service and support to ensure customers satisfaction.3. Administer, configure, and maintain cloud computing infrastructure and services. Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations.4. Follow up on unresolved complaint/open tickets to closure.5. Timely Escalation/feedback to relevant units.6. Install and configure the computer applications.7. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control. Maintain system documentation and logs. Monitor and maintain the computer networks.8. Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels like web, email, and phone.9. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources. Prioritizing and managing the workflow.10. Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
