Drove outstanding results for the PLCC and HOLA projects, (online customer portals to apply for Personal Loans and Home Loans respectively), coordinating with a team of 22 cross-functional employees in multiple geographic locations to deliver on all goals. Maintained organisational coordination in a dynamic agile environment, the roles were less defined, including handling Business Impact Assessment and obtaining sign-offs through effective relationship building and excellent stakeholder management. Guaranteed developers had adequate story cards for each sprint, and solved complex problems to remove any project roadblocks. Identified and resolved several key risks during the Impact Assessment, including the critical gap (Lead Generation) within just 1 month.

Maintained the best possible support for vital efforts, including Global Card Prepaid (moving to a new prepaid vendor – VPS to Access cards), Basel II (regulatory project pertaining to minimum capital requirements for banks), and ACDD (Australian customer due diligence (AUSTRAC)), coordinating with dozens of diverse employees within the project, internal departments including compliance, AML, CTF, Fraud, Risk, Operations and external regulatory bodies such as Card Schemes.
