I deliver well designed buildings for my clients which exceed their expectations, within their budget at an affordable fee.This year, my practice is the expert architect at the National Self-Build Centre presenting to and advising people about remodelling or building their own homes. We have also represented the RIBA at Grand Designs Live 2013 and other regional design shows including Build It Live.I take care in delivering a professional service to my clients keeping them involved at every stage and accurately cost their projects at an early stage to ensure it is affordable and therefore realised.I am able to guide my clients to realise their project through whichever procurement route they choose - main contractor, manage sub-contract packages or self-build.My practice has won its 6th award in as many years reflecting and reinforcing our expertise in self-build, sustainability and conservation.I am also Vice-Chair of Governors and this insight has enabled me to advise schools on small to medium sized projects so they are well thought out, costed and implemented to the school's timescale.I am a member of the RIBA Green Group for the South of England Region and NASBA and am particularly interested in implementing sustainable elements in all projects. I am able to develop and advise you on the most appropriate cost effective way to make your project sustainable.I have over 16 years experience in practice delivering residential projects with budgets from £20k to £2M. This scale of project enables me to stay involved from conception to completion and advise at every stage of the project. As a practice we have the expertise within our team to help client's get the very best from their projects.I have started the Shires group of BADSBA - a self builder group - helping people realise their own self-build projects and writing for Build It magazine.
