He has direct executive leadership experience leading franchising, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, engineering, real estate, and human resources in over 70 different countries for companies with revenues over 300 million USD. Charlie has an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University, with an undergraduate in Technology Management and Electrical Automation and Robotics from Utah Valley University.
