Imperial College London

I completed a full-time project over the summer in 2024 to develop new teaching material in the 2nd year Propulsion module. This covered a full development lifecycle from conceptual design to successful deployment to students and involved designing material for Imperial’s Lambda Feedback platform. I worked closely with academics throughout the process and was able to exceed the limitations of the platform through careful design. Approaching an engineering topic and designing problems from this angle was a valuable experience, as I developed my skills with communicating complex information and professional project management.

I worked as an operations partner for two months full time over the summer period, in which I took part in a number of operations roles throughout my store. This included the CCLA department, and the Customer Collections department. I gained vital experience with professional conduct and practice, and improved my communication skills by going out of my comfort zone with customer service. Additionally, I used problem-solving and quick personal scheduling to best optimise my workflow, and was able to complete customer requests with no delays and minimal errors.
