Perform the implementation of all network changes Responsible for all pre and post check outs for each change implemented.Work with internal and external b2b clients on the coordination of all network changes.Perform issue determination and resolution during the implementation of a change.Escalate change related issues and/or outages to regional and/or global net ops and engineeringWork directly with the regional engineering teams on change related items.

• Evaluates requested managed Customer Premise Equipment Routers prior to installations.• Performs Internetworking Operating Systems upgrading and modules interconnections suitable for corporate customer’s networking applications.• Installation, configuration and commissioning of managed CPE Routers for PLDT’s Domestic Private Line, Domestic Frame-relay and IP-VPN services.• Closely coordinates with DataNS for PLDT Brains services activation, additional routing/PVC • Assists corporate customers PABX and PLDT managed router voice interconnections and private recommendation regarding their proposed voice topology.• Assists TCP/IP parameters configurations, network permissions, interfacing between PLDT managed CPE and corporate customers Local and Wide Area Networks.

- Manage project plans and monitor project implementation and ensure timely delivery of telecommunications/service requirements of corporate customers- Convene network design project team from PLDT and its subsidiaries and affiliates (for converged network requirements) to come up with the most viable network solution for corporate customers- Prepare regular project status report to Corporate Solutions Executives/Account Executives and corporate customers, and manage and discuss risks & issues that need to be settled- Provide technical and project support relative to the implementation of specialized network to corporate customers- Ensure project documentation for future reference- Provide technical assistance to Corporate Solutions Executives/Account Executives during sales call, presentations, negotiation, and bidding

- Controls, allocates, and assigns network transport facilities for service/circuit provisioning involving SDH Network, PDH Network, PCM System/Channel Allocation, FITL and Switching.- Conducts regular inventory of existing transport facilities to include equipped, working or assigned or spare capacities and note defective channel or port assignments.- Maintains and controls the transmission facility records.- Determines availability of transmission and switching facilities to serve to short to long term requirements and undertake appropriate actions.- Updates and maintains network facility database, namely SDH, PDH, PTC, FITL, Network and Switching Networks.
