Gary is currently with Emera, a $25 Billion Energy Company. He is serving as Vice President of Emerging Technologies and gets to help set the future direction of energy generation, distribution, storage and use for North America. Gary just set up an office at Innovate ABQ and is part of a skunkworks called Emera Technologies LLC that has just received funding from Emera Corporate to research, demonstrate and implement new energy technologies and platforms. A EE by degree, Gary is a serial entrepreneur who has started many companies in ABQ and Silicon Valley. He has been married for 35 years and has 3 children and eight grandchildren.
