Duties include Staff & Roster Management, Health and Safety, and Timesheet administration.While out-of-season, I am placed at Heinz Watties to perform Project-related Administration and Project Management.While employed here I created two database-driven reports for the AWF office - one report replaced the daily "temps-per-day" report that shift managers had to create with spreadsheets, and the other report created a warning when a worker approached more consecutive days worked than allowed by law. For Watties I created a report that highlights complaint areas that require attention on the seasonal canning lines.

A warehouse claim is raised when an order is delivered short, or if product is returned as faulty/spoilt. At that point warehouse claims were hard to keep track of, and unpaid claims negatively affects cash flow. This application significantly improved the state of warehouse claims.

Valuation of fixed property for mortgage purposes.While employed here I made my first entry into the data ETL and BI sector by developing an extract from the database that can produce the weekly report as required. Up until that point a resource had to run three different reports, and from that compile the weekly report in Excel. This saved the resource approximately 3 hours per week.At this time Nedbank was Nedcor Bank, which included Nedbank, Permanent Bank and Peoples Bank.
