During the project, I collaborated with a team of engineers evaluating the feasibility of an innovative approach to valorise microalgae biomass. The project assessed the numerical modelling, environmental impacts, technical-economic feasibility, and marketing topics. The final report, designed by the PDEng trainees, is the knowledge base for the industrial scale-up of the proposed process. The project achieved on time all industrial stakeholder goals.
