~Organized, managed, and facilitated classes for the Delaware County Open Door to Education (DCODE) Program at Delaware County Community College twice a year. (DCODE is a skills training program for persons in mental health recovery who are looking to explore their educational and employment goals).~Point person for all parties (Delaware County Community College, Office of Behavioral Health, Delaware County and Carelink Community Support Services) involved necessary to make DCODE available to all whom we serve. ~Created, developed, and implemented course curriculum with the aid of carefully chosen instructors contracted by the Community Colleges Workforce Development Program. This curriculum was made to capture the attention of all students (suffering from mild to severe mental health disabilities) and provide easy transition from task to task while using visual and audio aids to optimize learning according to each individual needs.

Partnered one-to-one with individuals suffering from severe mental illness to complete comprehensive assessments and develop flexible service plans. Collaborated with individuals in assisting with employment and or educational goals developing a mutual history of success and life fulfillment.

~Supervised 3 residential children’s homes. Each home contained 12-15 children with a minimum of 25 staff per shift. During the 3pm-11pm shift I was responsible for the delivery, monitoring, and documentation of client care consistent with the program’s philosophy.~Provided direct care staff in-service training, organized meeting with parents, guardians, social workers, faculty and management, enforced rules and regulations in accordance with Woods Services policies, and provided counseling to staff and or clients when intervention was needed.
