Responsible for the coordination of the cabinetry scope of work for hi-rise residential developments. This included the key responsibilities of estimating, sales follow-up, shop drawings, project specification coordination prior to the start of the project, site measurements, coordination of the project documentation and deliverables in addition to the supervision of the involved individuals and trades on site to complete the project tasks and deficiencies on time and within budget.

Created policies and procedures that are in line with the Federation of B.C. Youth In Care Networks’ mandate and the requirements for successful contractual obligations. Activities included a review of the policies and existing collective agreements, evaluation of pilot projects, researching and developing appropriate and relevant policies and procedures.

Developed and managed the quality control team which saw the establishment of quality control measures, improvements, and policies as part of the Wood Products Quality Council of Canada WOODMARK Certification project. Activities included project management, process and product evaluation, the coordination and monitoring of Nickels business segments (manufacturing, engineering, sales, and administration).
